Mycelium Catering is the institutional catering arm of Food Inc. A veteran food provider for over 30 years in the food and beverage industry, our vast experience spans across various genres, from fine-dining and casual eateries to catering and consultancy services.

At Mycelium Catering, we offer curated catering solutions for all of your school’s special events, whether it’s a teacher appreciation brunch, a festive celebration or a student awards ceremony. 

 

Through our Star-Chef Academy, led by Chef Emmanuel Stroobant's team of professional instructors, we nurture young talents with hands-on cooking experiences, fostering essential skills for the future.

 

Our café brand, myDeli, serves a wide variety of freshly made items, from healthy sandwiches and soups to speciality coffees and desserts, all carefully tailored to the specific tastes and preferences of the schools we partner with.
