THE CANTEEN
The Canteen is the communal space for students to enjoy their lunches and snacks. Meals are prepared fresh daily from the kitchen and served to students from Nursery to Year 13 throughout the day. Not only do the meals contain an appropriate amount of carbohydrate, protein and fat for a balanced diet, they are also carefully designed to appeal to children’s taste buds.

Located at Block S, the Red Dot Restaurant is the perfect spot for students, parents and staff to refuel and relax. The casual cafe offers daily meal options and a selection of baked goods, salads, sandwiches as well as hot and cold beverages.

What is my username and password?For new users, an account will be set up using your registered email address with the school and a default password "123qwe". You may login to the online ordering platform at https://www.cliqueorder.com/xcl. Upon FIRST login, all users are required to reset their password. If you have forgotten your password, please click "Forgot Your Password?" on the login page and you will be prompted to reset it. What is the cancellation policy?Cancellation of pre-ordered meals must be made by 0745 of the day of the meal. For more information, please visit our terms and conditions here.

Can I get a refund if my child forgets to collect his/her lunch or falls ill during the school year?We regret that there is no reimbursement in the event that your child forgets to collect his/her lunch. Should your child be ill, cancellation of pre-ordered meals can be made prior to 0745 on the day itself.

If my child forgets his/her card, can they still get lunch?Fret not! In support of the “No Child Goes Hungry” Policy, students will be able to get a credit note (worth $8.50) which they may use to purchase their meals over-the-counter. Parents will be required to make payment within 2 days to repay the balance. For more information on the policy, please visit our terms and conditions here.

Is it compulsory to pre-order my child’s meal?It is compulsory for Nursery to Grade 4 to pre-order their meals. If their meals are not pre-ordered, it is subject to over-the-counter pricing and portion. For Grade 5 onwards, we highly encourage to pre-order as that will guarantee your child’s choice of meal. Over-the-counter purchase is available but please take note that it is subjected to availability.

What are the payment methods for ordering online?Parents can top up the e-wallet via PayNow or Omise. There will be a 1% merchant fee imposed by the payment service provider. If my child goes on a scheduled field trip, can I get a refund?In the event of a scheduled field trip and parents have pre-ordered their child’s meal in advance, they may opt to cancel the meal latest before 0745 on the day of the meal.

Can my child get a meal or a snack with a negative balance account?As part of our ’No Child Goes Hungry’ Policy, we will issue a purchased meal credit slip (worth $8.50), which the student may spend on a snack or main course only. The issuance of the purchased meal credit form will be limited to a maximum of 2 times per student ID until the outstanding amount is cleared.
